Welcome to Treehouse Healthcare Staffing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Services Provided

Treehouse Healthcare Staffing is a Locum Tenens healthcare staffing company that connects healthcare professionals (“Providers”) with healthcare facilities (“Clients”). We facilitate temporary placements, but we are not a medical provider and do not offer medical services.

Our Services may include:

Facilitating temporary healthcare placements.
Providing credentialing and compliance support.
Assisting with travel, scheduling, and logistics.
Offering technology-enabled solutions to enhance the staffing experience.

We do not employ Providers; they are independent contractors responsible for their own compliance, licensure, and professional obligations.

Account Registration & Use

To access certain Services, Clients and Providers may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
Maintain the security of your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Compliance & Credentialing

All healthcare Providers using our Services must:

Maintain active and unrestricted licensure in the relevant state(s).
Meet credentialing requirements established by Clients and regulatory bodies.
Abide by all professional, legal, and ethical obligations.

Clients are responsible for verifying that a Provider meets their specific facility requirements before engagement.

Payment Terms

For Providers:

Payment is based on contractual agreements for completed assignments.
Treehouse Healthcare Staffing does not withhold taxes for 1099 contractors; Providers are responsible for their tax obligations.

For Clients:

Clients agree to payment terms outlined in their contracts.
Late payments may be subject to penalties and/or service interruptions.

All financial transactions must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Non-Solicitation & Confidentiality

By using our Services, both Clients and Providers agree:

Not to solicit, hire, or engage Providers or Clients outside of Treehouse Healthcare Staffing during an active contract and for a defined period after.
To maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, business practices, and contractual agreements.

Breach of these terms may result in legal action and financial penalties.

Use of Technology & Data

Treehouse Healthcare Staffing utilizes certain third-party platforms to enhance staffing operations. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to:

The collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
The use of SMS, email, and automated systems for communication.

Opt-Out Options: You may opt out of SMS/email communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Treehouse Healthcare Staffing provides facilitation services only and is not responsible for:

The quality of care provided by independent contractors.
Compliance failures by Providers or Clients.
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treehouse Healthcare Staffing disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, where the company is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Georgia, where our primary operations are conducted.

Changes to These Terms

Treehouse Healthcare Staffing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

After taking time to focus on raising her three kids, Nicole came out of “retirement” to help drive Treehouse’s recruiting arm with the same passion and skill that made her successful throughout her career. Her experience, consistency, and natural warmth play a major role in the relationships we build and the providers we serve.

Outside of recruiting, Nicole is a dedicated mom, rooted in her faith, always up for a good time, and happiest when she’s on a tennis court or cheering on her kids.

NATE HANCOCK

Founder & CEO

Nate has spent his entire career in the locum tenens world, helping build and scale some of the industry’s most successful teams. He began at LocumTenens.com before joining DRW Healthcare, where he became a driving force behind the company’s growth and eventual sales to AMN. At DRW, Nate contributed more than $90 million in revenue along the way. He’s helped launch new divisions, shaped sales and recruiting teams, and developed a deep understanding of what providers and clients actually need.

Nate started Treehouse with a belief that healthcare staffing should feel personal, honest, and relationship driven. His leadership is grounded in experience but powered by genuine care for the people he serves: clients, providers, and the THS team alike.

Outside of work, Nate is married to his high school sweetheart and is a proud dad of three. He loves live music, being around people, and is often the life of the party. Always ready for a good time, but equally ready to get down to business when it matters.
