Our Story
We spent over 20 years in corporate America with big titles, big teams, big expectations. And for a while, it worked and served its purpose. But over time, the work stopped feeling like work we were proud of. When healthcare staffing entered our lives, we saw something we couldn’t unsee:

The large agencies weren’t built for that. Cold systems. Anonymous recruiters. Too many layers. Too little heart.
We knew we wanted to build something different; something personal, relational, trustworthy.
Something that felt less like a corporation… and more like a family.
So, we left the corporate world. We believe in the same mission, we started this company and the idea of it while at a Treehouse and built upon our initial plan with subsequent escapes into the wilderness where we truly disconnected. We started with a couple laptops, a scribbled vision, and a stubborn belief that doing things the right way still matters.
